Product Overview
The Tower Type Dry Mortar Mixing Plant is a flagship dry mortar production line designed for large-scale and high-output applications. It uses a vertically integrated structure where raw materials enter from the top and move by gravity through batching, mixing, storage, and packaging.
This layout is currently one of the dry mortar industry’s highest-capacity, lowest-energy, and most automated configurations. The line can produce masonry mortar, plastering mortar, floor mortar, thermal insulation mortar, self-leveling mortar, tile adhesive, waterproof mortar, and other product types.
Ordinary mortar capacity ranges from 5~160 t/h, while special mortar capacity ranges from 5~60 t/h. The plant is especially suitable for large building-material groups, commercial concrete enterprises, and regional leading companies requiring long-term, large-scale production.
With fully enclosed negative-pressure operation, a pulse dust collection system with dust emission ≤10 mg/m³, and PLC fully automatic intelligent control, the tower plant meets strict environmental requirements while enabling a simplified operating configuration of 2~3 people per shift.

Process Flow
Raw sand drying -> dried sand screening and grading -> sand, powder, and additive metering -> elevator lifting raw materials to the tower-top storage bin -> gravity flow into the high-efficiency mixer -> finished material falling into the finished-product bin after uniform mixing -> automatic packaging or bulk delivery -> pulse dust collection throughout the process.
