Shandong Project

The project is located in Shandong and serves the intensive feeding of a newly built expressway. The land use on site is extremely tight.We built an overhead belt mixing station for it. The aggregate is transported directly to the top storage silo through a large-inclination belt. The main engine is arranged directly below the silo, forming a single-line three-dimensional layout, eliminating the need for loader transit.The whole station adopts a fully enclosed steel structure and negative pressure dust removal to meet Shandong’s strict requirements for the prevention and control of air pollution.

Zhejiang Project

The project is located in Zhejiang and is designed for the supporting construction of a large-scale subway pipe sheet prefabricated factory.We built a prefabricated environmentally friendly mixing station for it. The aggregate is transported to the aggregate temporary storage bucket through a belt conveyor, and after metering, it falls directly into the mixing host, which is seamlessly connected with the pipe assembly line below.The mixing station is equipped with an intelligent control system, which can adjust the state of the concrete according to the rhythm of the production line to eliminate waste.

Liaoning Project

The project is located in Liaoning, and the available site is narrow. We have built an overhead bucket mixing station for it. The aggregate is transported vertically through the bucket to the fully enclosed storage silo at the top, and the main unit is arranged under the warehouse to form a compact three-dimensional layout.

Henan Project

The project is located in Henan and serves a commercial mixed-use station built in a new rural community. Customers require low investment, fast production and environmental protection standards.We have built a set of side-mounted bucket mixing stations for it. The whole station adopts a fully enclosed steel structure and pulse dust removal, and it has passed environmental protection acceptance at one time.

Russia-KROST Military Industry-4 line Project

Serving the Russian defense supporting project, we deployed a super-large mixing building with a 4-line joint operation for it.The four production lines can operate independently or in parallel through a central control system to meet the stringent requirements of continuous pouring of large-volume concrete in military facilities.After the project was put into operation, it provided a stable concrete guarantee for high-confidentiality national defense projects with all-weather and highly reliable performance, and became a benchmark case for the integrated delivery of mixing buildings under extreme working conditions.

Kazakhstan Mixing Building Project

Located in Kazakhstan, it provides supporting services for the local national-level prefabricated construction industrial park.We deployed a fully enclosed winter-type mixing building for it. The whole station adopts a modular quick-release steel structure, and our team of engineers is resident to guide the installation and commissioning. After it is put into operation, it will operate without trouble in winter for two consecutive years.

Baja-T series quick-moving concrete mixing station

Hebei side-mounted belt mixing station project

The project is located in Hebei and serves a high-speed supporting facility. We have built a side-mounted belt mixing station for it. The aggregate batching warehouse is arranged on the same side as the main unit, and it is transported into the building through a fully enclosed oblique belt corridor, eliminating the need for a high tower frame.The whole station is equipped with pulse cloth bag dust removal, sand and gravel separation and zero sewage recovery system. The dust discharge is stricter than Hebei’s local standards. It has passed environmental protection acceptance once, and the key nodes of the project are strongly guaranteed with clean and stable production.

Hubei Overhead Belt Mixing Station Project

The project is located in Hubei Province and serves the supporting beam yard of a cross-river bridge. The site is close to the river embankment. The environmental protection requirements are strict and rainy and humid.We built an overhead belt mixing station for it to form a three-dimensional compact layout.After it is put into operation, the land area is saved, and there is zero dust and zero sewage discharge throughout the process, which effectively ensures the continuous and high-quality supply of prefabricated beam concrete during rainy and high temperature seasons.

Jiangxi Overhead Belt Mixing Station Project

The project is located in Jiangxi. The site is limited to the narrow and long area between the two mountains. We have built an overhead belt mixing station for it. The fully enclosed belt corridor and the main building are effectively isolated from the impact of frequent heavy rains on the moisture content of the aggregate, and a pulse negative pressure dust removal and zero sewage discharge system are integrated to ensure that there is no dust overflow during the production process, and the wastewater is fully reused, and the water ecology of the mountain area is strictly protected.

Thailand side-mounted belt mixing station project

The project is located in Thailand and serves the expansion of a Chinese-funded industrial park in the eastern Economic Corridor. Africa Quick Move T Series Mixing Station Project

The project is located somewhere in Africa and serves the restoration project of a national highway through the savanna. There is no supply of commercial concrete along the way.We deployed a set of quick-moving T-series mixing stations for it. The whole station adopts a modular design of containers and a quick-release structure. There is no need for a concrete foundation. The original ground can be assembled by rolling and leveling it slightly.It provides ready-to-produce and ready-to-use qualified concrete for all structures, completely eliminates the initial concrete condensation and scrap caused by long-distance transportation, and saves more than 30% of the comprehensive cost.

Jiangsu Overhead bucket Mixing Station Project

The project is located in Jiangsu. It is a commercial concrete mixing station built near the river. The site is narrow and trapezoidal.We built an overhead bucket mixing station for it, which adopts the compact structure of ”vertical feeding of the lifting bucket + super-large storage silo at the top + layout under the main warehouse” to concentrate all aggregate storage and transportation links in a single tower.The whole station is equipped with high-efficiency pulse negative pressure dust removal and automatic sewage circulation system, and it has passed the joint environmental protection acceptance of Jiangsu Province at one time.

Shanxi Overhead Belt Mixing Station Project

The project is located in Shanxi Province and serves a commercial concrete mixing station under construction in a new urban area. Environmental protection requirements are becoming increasingly stringent.We built an overhead belt mixing station for it. The aggregate is raised to the top super-large storage silo at one time by a fully enclosed large-inclination belt corridor. The main unit is arranged in two lines under the warehouse, avoiding the dust problem of traditional open-air yards in windy days.In the two years since it was put into operation, the two-line production capacity has been stable, and with the reliable performance of fully enclosed, all-weather and zero pollution, it has become a benchmark environmental protection station for the continuous production of concrete in northern Jin.
