Product Overview
The Manufactured Sand Production Line is specialized sand preparation equipment developed from premium sand-making tower technology. It focuses on producing manufactured sand within the 0~3 mm particle-size range.
The line adopts a tower structure and is equipped from top to bottom with a vertical-shaft impact sand maker, circular vibrating screen, powder selection equipment, return device, and material conveying equipment, forming a complete fully automatic closed-loop production system.
The core system uses a five-channel rotor structure to achieve 65~70 m/s high-speed throwing. Based on a stone-on-stone centrifugal crushing principle, it efficiently crushes, shapes, and grinds raw materials to produce manufactured sand with excellent particle shape and precise grading.
The sand yield reaches 75%~80%, fineness modulus can be stably adjusted from 2.2~3.0, powder content can be flexibly controlled from 3%~15%, and the quality of manufactured sand is far above natural sand.
Manufactured sand is a core raw material for high-performance special mortar, self-leveling floor materials, tile adhesive, grouting materials, and other high-end building-material products.
