The Workshop Type Dry Mortar Mixing Plant is a lightweight solution designed for small-scale production and special mortar applications. Its main feature is that it can be installed directly inside a standard industrial workshop without large civil construction, resulting in low investment threshold, short construction period, and flexible operation.

All core components are arranged on the same workshop floor and connected by screw conveyors. The line is especially suitable for putty powder, tile adhesive, gypsum-based mortar, special repair mortar, and similar products.

Although the layout is horizontally expanded and the floor area is relatively large at 120~300 m², it has the lowest civil construction cost, the most convenient installation and maintenance, and can be horizontally expanded at any time as needed.

The workshop type plant is also equipped with an automatic batching system, high-efficiency mixer, and pulse dust collection system, ensuring accurate batching, uniform mixing, and environmental compliance even in small-scale production.

It is suitable for professional special mortar production, including putty powder, tile adhesive, gypsum-based mortar, and self-leveling mortar. It is also a preferred equipment solution for start-up companies and small investors.

It can serve small-scale lines with annual output of 5,000~30,000 tons, existing workshop renovation and upgrading projects, mortar pilot lines for research institutions and universities, and transitional upgrades that gradually expand capacity.

Raw materials are stored in each storage bin -> screw conveyors feed sand, powder, and additives separately into metering hoppers -> accurately metered materials enter the high-efficiency mixer -> uniformly mixed finished material is sent by screw conveyor to the packaging system -> automatic packaging or bulk delivery -> pulse dust collection protects the workshop environment.
