The Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is a modular production unit that highly integrates batching, weighing, mixing, intelligent control, and other core systems within a movable frame. It overcomes the high civil construction investment, long installation cycle, and limited relocation ability of traditional fixed plants, while providing stable mass production capability and strong site adaptability for temporary and dispersed engineering projects.

The entire plant adopts a standardized modular design. Each unit is pre-installed and commissioned before leaving the factory. It does not require a fixed concrete foundation and can be quickly placed into production on a simple, level, hardened site, greatly shortening the construction period and reducing early civil works costs.

The plant is easy to disassemble and install, making it suitable for short construction periods and multi-site rotation. The cost of each relocation is far lower than rebuilding a fixed plant. The standard twin-shaft forced mixer provides uniform mixing and a short cycle time, and can steadily produce ordinary concrete from C10 to C60 as well as special concrete such as permeable and impermeable concrete, meeting the supply requirements of continuous construction.

The plant uses accurate sensor weighing and a unified computer control system. The metering accuracy of aggregate, powder, water, and admixture complies with industry standards. Core components are designed with high protection, and the mixer shaft end uses multiple seals to adapt to outdoor conditions with dust, large temperature differences, and demanding operating environments.

The intelligent control system supports one-button start and stop and fault self-diagnosis, reducing the operating threshold and improving operation and maintenance efficiency. Investment is controllable because major civil works and long-term land occupation costs are avoided, and the equipment can be reused across projects with low investment cost.
