Dust collectors, air filters, pneumatic systems, and water pumps should be cleaned and tested regularly. Cement silo safety valves and level indicators must also remain in good working condition to prevent overfilling or pressure-related problems.
Digital maintenance records can help plant managers track inspection dates, replacement parts, equipment failures, and operating hours. By identifying repeated problems, companies can improve maintenance planning and prepare spare parts in advance.
