The line directly addresses a key quality issue in special mortar production: sand quality determines mortar performance. By producing manufactured sand in-house with 0~3 mm particle size, adjustable fineness modulus of 2.2~3.0, and adjustable powder content of 3%~15%, it ensures grading precision, bonding strength, and construction performance from the source.
The sand yield reaches 75%~80%, needle-like and flaky particle content is below 5%, and cubic particle ratio is ≥92%, providing quality far above natural sand.
