Dry Mortar Plant

Tower Type Dry Mortar Mixing Plant

Large-scale infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi are intensive, and the high-temperature environment requires extremely high temperature resistance and batch stability of grouting materials. The customer’s original production line has insufficient production capacity, high energy consumption, and cannot be adapted to the local desert sand source. The tower-style layout uses gravity to flow by itself, with the least transportation links, and the comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by 20%.The VK100 sand making system processes local desert sand into high-quality aggregates, with a stable and adjustable fineness modulus of 2.2~3.0, which solves the problem of high cost of imported sand. The whole system is fully automatic controlled by PLC, the additive batching accuracy is ±0.1%, and the annual output is 300,000 tons of high-strength grouting material, and the batch consistency far exceeds the requirements of European and American standards.Fully enclosed and negative pressure production, dust emission ≤10mg/m3, successfully passed the local environmental protection acceptance. The equipment has been in continuous operation for more than 6 months after it was put into operation, and the product quality is stable, which is highly praised by customers.

Step Type Dry Mortar Mixing Plant

During the peak of Indonesia’s infrastructure, mortar demand surged.Customers face three major problems: the tropical high-moisture climate leads to large fluctuations in the moisture content of raw materials, limited initial investment, and frequent switching of masonry/plastering/thermal insulation/ceramic tile glue/putty powder and other categories.

The stepped semi-vertical layout completes the material flow through the combination of gravity and screw conveying. The layered platform design reduces civil construction investment by 40% compared with the traditional tower type, and the later maintenance and expansion are more convenient. The GSW6000 intelligent control system supports one-key switching of 20+ recipes, the accuracy of additive ingredients is ±0.1%, and the mixing uniformity is ≥99.5%. Only 2~3 people/shift are required to operate the whole line.

Since the production line was put into operation, multiple categories of masonry mortar, plastering mortar, ceramic tile glue, etc. have been produced in parallel, and the stability of the equipment has been recognized by customers.

Workshop Type Dry Mortar Mixing Plant

The Ghanaian building materials market is in its rapid infancy. The local demand for high-quality special dry mortar (masonry mortar, plastering mortar, ceramic tile glue, etc.) continues to grow, but the local production capacity is seriously insufficient and long-term dependence on imports. The customer’s investment budget is limited, and he hopes to start production as soon as possible to seize the market window.

The project adopts a two-line GSW4000 scheme, and the two production lines are arranged in parallel. It can simultaneously produce different types of special mortars to achieve product diversification, and it can also operate at full load on a single line to ensure production capacity flexibility. The workshop-style layout integrates all equipment in a standard factory building without the need for large-scale steel structure infrastructure. The project started in April 2022 and was completed and put into operation in June 2022 in only two months. The construction speed far exceeded customer expectations. The two-wire configuration also brings the advantage of operation and maintenance redundancy-one line continues to operate while the other line is overhauled, maximizing the delivery cycle.Fully enclosed negative pressure design, dust emission ≤10mg/m3, to meet local environmental protection requirements.

After the production line is completed, it can produce an annual output of 300,000 tons of high-quality special dry mortar, effectively filling the gap in the local market and helping customers quickly establish brand advantages and market share.

Ultra-fine Sand and Special Mortar Integrated Plant

The demand for high-quality mechanism sand and dry-mixed mortar in the Central Asian market is growing simultaneously. Customers need to solve the two major production links of sand source and mortar at the same time, but the land is limited and the environmental protection requirements are strict.

The project integrates the sand making and mortar systems on the same floor-type production line. The fine sand produced by the VK100 sand making system is directly connected to the GSW6000 mortar system, eliminating intermediate transportation links. The fineness modulus of the mechanism sand produced by the five-channel rotor is 2.2~3.0, and the powder content is 3%~15%, which is accurate and controllable, providing a stable and high-quality sand source for the mortar. The compact layout of the building covers an area of only 300 square meters, which saves half of the land compared to the split two-line.The whole process of negative pressure dust removal meets the environmental protection requirements of Central Asia.

The annual output of the whole line is 300,000 tons, self-produced sand reduces the cost of raw materials by more than 30%, and PLC automatic control only requires 2~3 people/shift. The customer has realized the complete industrial chain of “sand making + mortar”, with the dual advantages of quality and cost.

Manufactured Sand Production Line

The demand for sand and gravel surged during the peak period of infrastructure in Central Asia, but the local area is facing serious challenges: the sand-making site is dusty, the environment is harsh, and there is a serious shortage of skilled operators; the alpine climate (winter -30℃) leads to frequent failures and shutdowns of traditional equipment; the quality of finished sand fluctuates greatly, and the quality of downstream concrete is difficult to guarantee.

Our company has built a fully enclosed intelligent sand making system for this customer, with centralized remote control by PLC, and the operator can monitor all operating parameters in real time in the central control room. There is no need for on-site personnel, and labor costs are reduced by 60%.The whole process of negative pressure dust removal, dust discharge ≤10mg/m3, completely solve the dust pollution. The five-channel rotor is equipped with a hydraulic lifting maintenance cover, and the wear-resistant parts are turned up and down for reuse, the wear is reduced by more than 30%, and the operation and maintenance costs are greatly reduced. The system automatically stabilizes the fineness modulus at 2.6±0.2, and the consistency of the finished sand quality has been continuously recognized by downstream commercial concrete stations.

The sand-making line has become a benchmark project for intelligent sand-making in Central Asia.
